United Methodist Women
The Fellowship Hall was transformed into a beautiful
tea room. Each table was decorated with a different
theme, ranging from "Formal to Fiesta". Adela
Griffel did a superb job as Mistress of Ceremonies.
Musical entertainment was provided by Dan
Prochaska at the piano and Bill Sergeant as a
"strolling violinist." Beverages and dessert were
served by a bevy of handsome waiters, resplendent
in "tuxedos and top hats." The highlight of the
afternoon (besides the assortment of
mouth-watering salads) was Marguerite Vandagriff's
talk on "Unconditional Love." It was truly a
delightful way to spend a blustery Saturday
afternoon! Thanks to everyone who helped in any
way!
